This policy explains how Consistent Completion (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our website and app.

Who we are

Consistent Completion provides a habit and consistency programme. Contact: hello@consistentcompletion.com.

Data we collect

• Account data — email, password (stored by our auth provider), display name, username, optional bio, location, mood, and profile photo.
• Programme data — assessment answers, habit activity, clubs, and programme progress tied to your account once you create one.
• Device data — progress is stored in your browser so the app works without an account. Creating an account uploads that progress to our servers. Cookie consent and whether you have finished onboarding stay on this device only.
• Technical logs — IP address may be hashed for rate-limiting and abuse prevention on public forms; we do not use it for marketing.

How we use data

• To create and secure your account
• To operate the programme and community features you use
• To respond to support requests
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
• To meet legal obligations

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We process account and programme data to perform our contract with you, and where needed for legitimate interests (security, product improvement).

Processors

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. They process data on our instructions under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion we remove account records and related files we control. Server logs used for security are kept only as long as needed for abuse prevention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us or use in-app account deletion under Settings → Account.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16.

Payments

Paid membership is not live. We do not collect card numbers in the app. When payments launch, this policy will be updated and a regulated payment provider will process card data.
